If any terms shall be unlawful , void or for any other reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity & enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Ordering
When you purchase an item you agree to the terms and conditions here with,so please make sure you read the terms & conditions carefully before you purchase your order.
Niche jewelery collections reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms of use at anytime without prior notice. You should review these terms of use each time you view this site. We have the right to cancel an order if we feel nessarary without any explanation.
When you place an order we will confirm your order by email, if you do not receive an email in 24 hours your order has not been confirmed!
Please contact us by email, phone or leave a message with a contact number so we can try to help solve any queries or if you experience any difficulty's placing an order via our website.
If you purchase earrings for hygiene reasons these are none returnable.

The colour of our products may vary slightly due to differences in colour contrasts on computers.
If we are out of stock of an item we can not promise this item will be restocked, we will do our utmost to replenish it, at your request we will supply you with an alternative similar item of the same value, if your not satisfied we will give you a full refund.
Delivery
We only deliver to the U.K mainland.
Our carrier service will be with royal mail and we aim to deliver your item in 5 to 7 working days approximately from receiving your order.
We can only rely on our carrier who has a excellent reputation & trust that they deliver as we have requested, once its left our boutique we can not be responsibility for our carrier.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to striking we will use an alternative second choice carrier service, this could be more costly (but you will be informed if delivery costs change).
A signature is required upon arrival, our carrier service will attempt to deliver only once. If we are unsuccessful delivering your parcel we will post a message giving instructions where to collect, this will usually be at your main post office.
You will need identification to collect this item. This item will be held for 7 days only ( with royal mail ).
If your item is not retrieved and has to be sent back to us, we can not resend free of charge, you will have to repay delivery charges.
when you receive your parcel please open immediate and check contents are correct & in satisfactory order. If you find your not satisfied you must contact us immediately.
Returns policy
If you find the item is damaged in anyway you must return within 7 days from the day of arrival for a full refund. If you find your just not satisfied with the item then you can return within 7 working days for a refund.
Please note that unfortunately we can not reimburse you for your cost for returning, unless it was damaged in transit. If returning your item can you
please make sure you return all paperwork and packaging as you received it, if this is not adhere too we will not be able to refund you for your purchase.
If you fail to send your item back in 7 working days from the date you received it you will no longer be entitled to a refund.
We can not be held responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best to track your parcel, we need to know what has happened to your order so if you encounter any problems, please keep us informed if your parcel does not arrive when it should.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

please note your item will not be sent until the cheque is cleared so this way of payment will take longer to process.
Payments are with Pay pal.(your safe with paypay its used worldwide) You have to join paypal to use this option but its totally free, click on the link on our home page to join up.
Please make sure you have the funds to pay for your items as we do not want you miss out! Payments are in sterling (british pounds) only.
When you check out from our page delivery charges will be added to your cart, pay pal will total the items altogether and give you a final payment. Carrier chargers are added in pay pal per item.
All taxes are included in our prices. There are no hidden charges.
Unfortunately we can not accept any other forms of credit cards.
Your order will not be dispatched until we receive payment via pay pal.
If you are having problems paying & we can not receive payment we have the right to cancel your order.
Please do not send us your personal credit details as we can not be held responsible for protecting your security.
